A London property company set up in 2026, starting with temporary accommodation for councils.
Who we are
Levant Property Hub Ltd is a property company based in London. We lease homes from private landlords, make them safe and certified, and put them to good use. Today that means supplying temporary accommodation to councils for homeless households, on a nightly-paid basis or through private sector leasing.
Where we are now
We were established in September 2026 and are building our first homes. We have no track record to show you yet, so we are open about how we work, what we commit to, and what you can expect if you work with us.
Where we are heading
Temporary accommodation is our first service. We also plan to offer short stays in furnished homes, and to buy, renovate and sell properties. None of that is running yet, and we will say so on this site when it is. See what we do.
The name
Levant reflects our family's roots in Lebanon and Syria. Hub is a nod to our founder's surname, Huballah.
Our director
The company was founded by Hassan Huballah, its director. He is based in London and is your direct contact.
